A 4bhk apartment designed with a large living dining space, an open kitchen concept in subtle accents & muted tones. The circulation space was demarcated with ceiling & lighting, to create an axial connection between the mandir area & the ancestor’s backlit image. The White flooring, dark mahogany veneer, an earthy accent wall, & a center light piece create a calm & soothing experience in the living. A skylight treatment in the mandir with a maintenance window adorned with white marble & traditional fabric. The breakfast table demarcates the dining & kitchen space. White quartz, subtle brown glossy shutters, veneer finished niche & sliding glass shutters covering the storeroom, create a modern yet elegant functional space.

Master bedroom is designed with a symmetrical wall paneling, a personal study space & a hidden sliding mirror in compliance with vastu principles. A bedroom was converted into a Media room with projector, hidden screen & surround sound system. An entire wall is cladded in acoustic panel to create an effective theatrical experience. The dark grey colour scheme brings the necessary blackout & the furniture gets converted into a full size bed when required. Both the children’s bedrooms are adorned with splashes of their favourite colours.
